ESGO Calls for Coordinated EU Action on Gynaecological Cancers in SANT Committee Exchange of Views
Vice President Ass. Prof. Maja Pakiz participated in an exchange of views with the European Parliament’s Committee on Public Health (SANT) on 14 May, calling for stronger and more coordinated EU-level action to address the persistent gaps in care, research, and policy surrounding ovarian and other gynaecological cancers.

IJGC Editor-in-Chief Call
The International Journal of Gynecological Cancer (IJGC) will start seeking its next Editor-in-Chief (EIC) in June 2025 as Prof. Pedro Ramirez will step down at the end of 2026.

ESGO Curriculum recognition
We’re proud to announce that the ESGO Curriculum has been officially adopted by the European Union of Medical Specialists (U.E.M.S.) and now serves as the recognized European Training Requirements (ETR) for Gynaecological Oncology—marking a significant advancement for the field.

ENGOT is a research network of ESGO, which promotes cooperative studies and coordinates clinical trials in gynaecological oncology within Europe.

ESGO established ENGAGe to raise awareness to the need for further research and to improve patients access to quality treatment and care at both national and European levels.
